The room was comfortable with a spectacular shower that made for a refreshing experience. Staff were attentive and resolved issues swiftly, such as fixing a non-working fridge. However, noise from the highway was disruptive throughout the night, and the pool was closed, limiting options for relaxation. Food choices were lacking, which was disappointed, given the potential of the venue.

The room offered plenty of space with a King-size bed and a large window, perfect for relaxation despite the view of traffic outside. The lounge pantry on the 5th floor provided convenient snacks and a half-decent cappuccino maker, making it easier to grab a quick bite without heading to the restaurant below.
Noise from the interstate outside is a serious issue. sleeping felt like I was at a NASCAR event. The shower’s rain feature was more of a drizzle, which was disappointing, and the bathroom lacked a place to hang a hand towel. The elevators were incredibly slow, and one malfunction left me trapped for several minutes, which was nerve-wracking. Also, the pantry really needs a wider selection of snacks, as options were quite limited during my stay.

The hotel has a well-equipped fitness center, which was great for our group workouts. The combination of a restaurant and coffee lounge provided us with ample dining options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and responsive, enhancing our overall experience.
The elevators were incredibly slow, causing delays and frustration during peak hours.

Mr. Brews Taphouse is just a hop away, serving up brews that tickle the tastebuds. Also, the lobby has a welcoming vibe that’s just right for chilling out after a long day. Plus, the room was nice and comfy, which was a cherry on top during my stay.
You'd think such a spot would offer complimentary breakfast, but nope! Also, housekeeping barely glanced at my bed, just pulled up the sheet without changing it, leaving me side-eyeing the cleanliness.

The first room was dusty, and the bathroom felt dark. I switched to a second room which had a nice rain shower! The fridge didn’t work at first, but the staff quickly fixed it. It was cool having the shampoo and body wash mounted on the wall. The beds were comfy, and the overall vibe in my second room was cozy.
